Receptionist and Office Manager | Seattle
The Receptionist and Office Manager will support our operations team and clients by providing exceptional service with a smile and positive "can do" attitude. Primary responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting guests and team members, directing vendors, managing inventory, ordering of office supplies and groceries, processing incoming/outgoing mail, and setting up basic A/V functions for conference room meetings and special events. The Receptionist and Office Manager will also assist with various operations tasks on an as needed basis, including assembling marketing mailers and deliverables for clients, database management, and research projects.

The Operational Support Manager is a very pivotal role on our team, ideally filled by someone looking for a long-term position working closely with our awesome team for years to come. Primary responsibilities will include assembling client related materials, conducting research, maintaining company databases, scheduling and preparing for meetings, managing shared calendars, and arranging important business activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Our ideal candidate is someone who will demonstrate integrity, deliver quality service with a friendly and sincere attitude, and will take pleasure in helping others.
- High energy, results driven, and a deep level of commitment to the success of the team and company as a whole.
- Experience preparing marketing and client materials.
- Ability to conduct research and gather accurate data.
- Ability to maintain company databases and Outlook calendars.
- Ability to assist team in tracking data, organizing schedules, preparing for meetings and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Great attention to detail, especially with writing and reviewing documents.
- Ability to complete projects under pressure in a timely and accurate manner.
- Must be a self-starter and possess a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
